Therapeutic massage describes any massage modality that is intended to relieve pain or help solve a specific issue. This is more focused work. Your therapist will customize your treatment to your needs.
Prenatal Massage
This is massage that's specifically modified for pregnancy, including specialized positioning for comfort and safety. Please notify us in advance of your massage appointment if you are pregnant.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is intended to help relieve pain and target specific issues. It involves slow strokes and firmer pressure to affect deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is great for pain relief.
