Emily has been a massage therapist for 24 years.  She has developed her own style of bodywork that incorporates myofascial, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and some elements of Thai massage. Keith has been a massage therapist since 2006. His focus is on broad myofascial work. Even though he has a clinical technique, it is done at a slower pace in a way that still maintains the aspect of relaxation that is expected during a massage.

Lane Lamoreaux

An Assisted Stretch Practitioner certified in Fascia Stretch Therapy through the Stretch to Win Institute of Chandler, Arizona. He became interested in Fascia Stretch Therapy after seeing the immediate results experienced by family members who had reduced mobility and pain due to injuries and chronic issues. The healing benefits of targeting the fascia give flexibility, mobility, and pain reduction, often immediately after the first session. Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the the client. He finds it very rewarding to help clients achieve relaxation and find relief. Lane has lived in Crossville, TN for 23 years and resides there with his wife and daughter.
